Where’s my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order then 5-7 business days for shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships and you can also check the status there.

 

I received the wrong/ damaged item, what do I do?

We take pride in knowing our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If we send the wrong item or something arrives damaged please contact us at customersupport@justhim.net and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days.

 

This doesn’t fit. Can I return it?

Of course! To initiate a return please email us at customersupport@justhim.net and we’ll start the refund process.
